1. Analyze and review the drawings

⑶ Non-conductive materials;

⑷ Parts whose thickness exceeds the span of the wire frame;

⑸Workpieces whose machining length exceeds the effective stroke length of the x,y carriage and require high precision.

Under the condition of the wire cutting process, careful consideration should be placed on the surface roughness, dimensional accuracy, workpiece thickness, workpiece material, size, fit clearance and thickness of the punched part.
